Listings

Property listings are provided by registered agencies. While we promote verified, accurate listings, MLS Nepal does not guarantee the accuracy, availability or price of any listing and is not a party to any transaction between users and agencies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, scrape data without permission, or post false or misleading information.
